All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.
1pFoods ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipments to P.O. Boxes may take longer than deliveries to physical addresses.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
1pFoods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
1pFoods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with 1pFoods Yam Flour, you may return it within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@1pfoods.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@onepersonfoods.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at sales@onepersonfoods.com and send your item to: 2310 W Mulberry Drive, Chandler, AZ 85286.
Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (including opened food items) and gift cards.
